Is your packaging discrete?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or mailers with no mention of 'Spy Shop' or the contents on the exterior label to ensure your privacy.
Do I need special software to view footage from hidden cameras?
Most of our devices record in standard formats like MP4 or AVI, which can be viewed using default media players on Windows and Mac. For WiFi-enabled models, we provide a free dedicated app for iOS and Android.
Are these devices legal to use?
While our products are legal to own, laws regarding audio and video recording vary by jurisdiction. We recommend checking your local, state, and federal laws regarding privacy and consent before deploying any surveillance equipment.
What is the warranty period on electronic components?
All Spy Shop electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. This does not cover physical damage or tampering.
How long does the battery last on portable GPS trackers?
Battery life depends on the reporting frequency. On standard settings (updates every 1-5 minutes), most trackers last between 10 to 14 days. Battery-save modes can extend this up to 30 days.
What is your return policy for sensitive equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to the nature of the industry, devices that have been activated or used may be subject to a restocking fee to ensure the security of our inventory.
